Hi. I am Ramona Dandridge and I have been a part of the Washington University Internal Medicine family since 2001. I was a MA float and nine months later was promoted to Clinical Supervisor at the Siteman Cancer Center. In this capacity I have performed a myriad of duties, including supervising the medical assistants, lab, and medical records staff. I’ve experienced major process improvement initiatives including the expansion of Suite C and the merging of Bone Marrow Transplant and Medical Oncology Medical Records Departments.
I have been in the healthcare field for 29 years. I graduated from Missouri College and have been a Registered Medical Assistant for 18 years. Prior to coming to WU, I was Office Coordinator for Progressive Healthcare for Women in Maryville Illinois.
I am married to my high school sweet heart and have two beautiful daughters, Tanya and LaTosha, and two wonderful and beautiful grandchildren, Alanya and Quincy.
I am involved in the Health & Wellness Ministry at my church and received the Health & Wellness Volunteer of the Year Award for 2009.
I work with a great group of people who appreciate the importance of what they do every day.
My motto is to “LIVE, LOVE, AND LAUGH”.
